At Lash Muse we take your privacy seriously and only use information collected to provide and enhance our services and customer experience.

The personal information we collect might include your name, email address, contact number and details of your visits to our website and social media platforms. This data may be used to analyse and opitimise our SEO and website performance.

Your personal information is stored for our own records only and will only be disclosed to third-parties unless it is required by our own insurance provider in case of a claim.

We only use your personal information if it is necessary and to carry out business activities, for exampe:

- Providing a service or treatment you have requested and to communicate with you about your appointment.

- We will always ask for your consent to send any marketing content to you.

For the safety of our clients, we maintain records of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should go ahead (e.g. allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (e.g. products containing nuts, fish oils etc).

These health records are not used for any other purpose.

Client records are held securely within our salon software system and can only be seen by members of the salon team.

How is my personal data collected?

You may give us your data by filling out forms, using our website, or from corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you sign up to our mailing list, fill out consent forms, booking appointments, enter a competition or promotion, request marketing be sent to you or completing a survey/review.

We share your information with the following to complete bookings and payments.

All bookings being made through our online booking system require a deposit payment to secure and confirm all appointments. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling of up to 48 hours of the appointment time will not receive a charge to their card. Any less time and the client's deposit will not be refunded to them. If you cancel within 2 hours or less of the appointment time or you do not show for your appointment on the day, then a full charge of the booking will be charged.

Please arrive on time to your appointment and without eye make-up. Any time spent on removing make-up or lateness will mean less time for your lash artist to apply lashes or the treatment can not be carried out.
